Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, lead data, email feeds, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Permitt Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Lone Star Leads ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Lone Star Leads compiles information from publicly available government records — including construction permit filings and business formation records — and delivers it to subscribers as scored, filtered sales leads via email and an online dashboard. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, contact, or business relationship.

2. Accounts and Free Trials

• You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
• We offer a 7-day free trial that does not require a credit card. During the trial you receive lead deliveries for your selected area. At the end of the trial period, deliveries stop automatically unless you start a paid subscription.
• Free trials are intended for one per business and one per person. We may limit, suspend, or revoke trials we reasonably believe are duplicative, automated, or abusive (for example, repeated sign-ups using disposable email addresses to obtain ongoing free data).
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
• Prices are stated on our website and may change; we will give notice of price changes before they apply to your next renewal.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use and Data Restrictions

The lead data we provide is licensed to you for your own internal business use to contact potential customers. You agree that you will not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or share the data with any third party, or use it to build or populate a competing data product or list-brokering service;
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, or bulk-extract the data or the Service beyond your normal subscription deliveries;
• Use the data in any manner that violates applicable law, including telemarketing, fax, email, and "Do Not Call" / "Do Not Contact" rules (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act), or for any unlawful, harassing, or deceptive purpose;
• Misrepresent the source of the data or imply endorsement by any government agency or by us.

You are solely responsible for how you contact the individuals and businesses identified in the leads, and for complying with all marketing and privacy laws that apply to your outreach.

5. Data Source and Accuracy Disclaimer

The underlying records originate from third-party government sources that we do not control. We make reasonable efforts to process and score the data accurately, but we do not warrant that any lead is complete, current, correct, or suitable for a particular purpose. Scores are estimates, not guarantees of intent or outcome. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our scoring methodology, software, dashboards, compiled and enriched datasets, branding, and website, is owned by Permitt Holdings LLC and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during your active subscription or trial, subject to Section 4.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Permitt Holdings LLC and its members, officers, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your outreach to leads, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the data, or create risk or legal exposure for us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
