Public-records data: We compile information from publicly available government sources, including construction permit filings and business formation records. This may include names, business names, property addresses, and related project details drawn from those public records. We did not collect this information directly from the individuals concerned; it originates from government agencies that make it publicly available.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating and delivering leads;
• To process payments, manage subscriptions and trials, and send service-related emails;
• To communicate with you about your account, including trial reminders and renewal notices;
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal account information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business — for example, Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database and authentication), and Netlify (hosting) — under agreements that limit their use of the information.
• Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

The lead data we license to customers is delivered to those paying or trialing customers as part of the Service, subject to the use restrictions in our Terms of Service.

4. Your Choices

• Email delivery: You can pause or stop lead delivery emails from your account, or by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
• Account: You can request that we update or delete your account information by emailing us.
• Records subjects: If you are an individual who appears in our compiled public-records data and wish to make a request regarding that information, contact us using the details below and we will respond consistent with applicable law.

5. Data Retention and Security

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet our legal and operational obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
