How are leads scored?+
Our scoring engine analyzes permit type, project description, valuation, and work class to assign a 0–100 flooring intent score. A new single-family home scores 95. A bathroom remodel scores 80. Sign permits and fences score 0. You only see leads scored 70 and above.
